The LPA Board is composed of:

• Assem Abou Ibrahim, Head of QHSE Department
• Nasser Hoteit, Head of Technical & Engineering Department 
• Gaby Daaboul, Head of Legal Affairs Department
• Wissam Zahabi, Head of Economics & Finance Department
• Wissam Chbat, Head of Geology & Geophysics Department
