The Tender Protocol (for the Pre-Qualification of Applicants and the award of Exploration and Production Agreements) issued by Decree no. 9095 dated 29/04/2022 shall be applicable to participate in any licensing rounds launched by the Council of Ministers as per Article 3 of Decree no. 12931 dated 18/01/2024.
This Tender Protocol was published in the Official Gazette (issue no. 22 dated 19/05/2022) and its Article 14 was amended by Decree no. 12931 dated 18/01/2024 published in Official Gazette (issue no. 4 dated 25/01/2024).
